Bingu wa Mutharika a été le président du Malawi (24 mai 2004 - 5 avril 2012) et ses deux mandats ont été marqués par des problèmes intérieurs. Il y a eu une pénurie de carburant, une pénurie de devises et la communauté internationale a cessé d'aider le pays. Il est décédé d'une crise cardiaque alors qu'il était en fonction.
Biography
Bingu wa Mutharika was the President of Malawi (24 May 2004 - 5 April 2012) and his two terms in office were marred with domestic issues. There was a fuel shortage, currency shortage and the international community stopped aid to the country. He died in office of a heart attack.
