Dulcie September était une opposante déclarée au système d'apartheid en Afrique du Sud. Elle a rejoint le Congrès national africain en 1976. Elle enquêtait sur le trafic d'armes lorsqu'un assaillant lui a tiré dessus cinq fois par derrière, la tuant sur le coup, en 1988.
Biography
Dulcie September was an outspoken opponent of the Apartheid system in South Africa, joining the African National Congress in 1976. She had been investigating arms trafficking when an assailant shot her five times from behind, killing her instantly, in 1988.
