Elemo Qilxuu était un chef d'entreprise et un leader du mouvement nationaliste oromo contre l'Éthiopie. Il est l'un des membres fondateurs de l'armée de libération oromo et le chef de la première unité de guérilla. Il a également créé le premier bureau politique oromo au Yémen.

Elemo Qilxuu was a was a business entrepreneur and leader of the Oromo nationalist movement against Ethiopia. He was a founding member of the Oromo Liberation Army and leader of the first guerilla unit. He also established the first Oromo political office in Yemen.
