Pitra Neto, né António Domingos Pitra Costa Neto, est une personnalité politique angolaise, ainsi qu'un professeur d'université en droit et un avocat. Il est membre du Mouvement populaire de libération de l'Angola (MPLA) depuis 1974 et membre du comité central depuis 1998.

Pitra Neto, born António Domingos Pitra Costa Neto, is an Angolan political figure, as well as being a university professor in law and a lawyer. He has been a member of the Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA) since 1974 and has been a member of the central committee from 1998 onwards.
