Helena Ndume est une ophtalmologue qui a opéré gratuitement plus de 30000 personnes pour leur redonner la vue, en collaboration avec See International. Elle a été nommée Grand Commandeur de l'Ordre de Namibie, première classe, et a reçu en 2015 le prix Nelson Mandela des Nations unies.
Biography
Helena Ndume is an ophthalmologist who has performed sight restoring surgery for over 30000 people for free, working with See International. She was awarded Grand Commander of the Order of Namibia, First Class, and in 2015 awarded the United Nations Nelson Mandela Prize.
