Biographie
Joe Modise était un homme politique sud-africain et un combattant de la guérilla identifié comme faisant partie du mouvement de la Charte de la liberté, mais aucune charge n'a été retenue contre lui à l'époque. Il a contribué à la création d'Umkhonto we Sizwe, la branche militaire du Congrès national africain, et est devenu le premier ministre noir de la défense.
Biography
Joe Modise was a South African politician and guerrilla fighter identified as being part of the Freedom Charter movement, however no charges were brought against him at the time. He was instrumental in the creation of Umkhonto we Sizwe, the military arm of the African National Congress and became the first black Minister for Defence.
