Tom Mboya est l'un des pères fondateurs de la République du Kenya. Il a également été syndicaliste, défenseur de l'éducation et ministre, entre autres. Il s'est souvent exprimé pour promouvoir l'indépendance du Kenya par rapport à la domination britannique et a travaillé avec John F. Kennedy et le Dr Martin Luther King Jr. pour créer des opportunités pour les étudiants africains dans les universités américaines.
Biography
Tom Mboya was one of the founding fathers of the Republic of Kenya. In addition he was also a trade unionist, education advocate and served as a Cabinet Minister amongst many other accolades. He spoke out frequently to promote Kenya's independence from British rule and worked with John F. Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. to create opportunities for African students in US colleges.
