Roch Marc Christian Kaboré est le président du Burkina Faso (29 décembre 2015). Il a remporté les élections générales de novembre 2015 dès le premier tour. Il est le premier président non intérimaire depuis 49 ans à n'avoir aucun lien avec l'armée. Depuis son arrivée au pouvoir, il a personnellement pris en charge la défense et les affaires des anciens combattants jusqu'en février 2017. En plus de sa présidence, il a été le deuxième Premier ministre du Burkina Faso (22 mars 1994 - 6 février 1996).
Biography
Roch Marc Christian Kaboré is the President of Burkina Faso (29 December 2015) having won the general election held in November 2015 in the first round. He is the first non-interim president in 49 years without any connections to the military, since coming to power he personally took charge of defence and veteran affairs until February 2017. In addition to his presidency he was the 2nd Prime Minister of Burkina Faso (22 March 1994 - 6 February 1996).
