Ahmad Tejan Kabbah a été élu président de la Sierra Leone (29 mars 1996 - 25 mai 1997 et 10 mars 1998 - 17 septembre 2007). Dans son discours d'investiture, il a promis de mettre fin à la guerre civile, ce qu'il a réussi à faire au cours de son second mandat.
Biography
Ahmad Tejan Kabbah was elected to office as President of Sierra Leone (29 March 1996 - 25 May 1997 and 10 March 1998 - 17 September 2007). In his inauguration speech he promised to end the civil war which he managed to achieve in his second term.
