Mahmoud Harbi était un homme politique djiboutien et un dirigeant nationaliste qui a fait campagne contre la domination coloniale française. Il a été vice-président du conseil de gouvernement du Somaliland français et représentant de Djibouti à l'Assemblée nationale française. Il a également été président du Mouvement pan-somalien.
Biography
Mahmoud Harbi was a Djibouti politician and nationalist leader, who campaigned against French colonial rule. He was vice president of the government council of French Somaliland and Djibouti’s representative in the French National Assembly. He was also president of the Pan-Somali Movement.
