Biographie
Leonel Mário d'Alva a été Premier ministre de São Tomé et Príncipe (21 décembre 1974 - 12 juillet 1975), jusqu'à la période où le pays a obtenu son indépendance du Portugal. Après avoir été Premier ministre, il a également occupé les postes de ministre des affaires étrangères, de président par intérim (4 mars 1991 - 3 avril 1991) et de président de l'Assemblée nationale.
Biography
Leonel Mário d'Alva was Prime Minister of São Tomé and Príncipe (21 December 1974 - 12 July 1975), up to the period of time where the country was given independence from Portugal. After his time as Prime Minister he has also held positions as foreign minister, acting president (4 March 1991 - 3 April 1991) and National Assembly President.
