Thomas Boni Yayi, parfois connu sous le nom de Yayi Boni, a été le 7ème président du Bénin (6 avril 2006 - 6 avril 2016). Plusieurs tentatives ont été faites pour attenter à sa vie, notamment une embuscade tendue à son convoi et l'allégation selon laquelle ses médicaments auraient été additionnés d'une substance toxique.
Biography
Thomas Boni Yayi, sometimes known as Yayi Boni, held the role as the 7th President of Benin (6 April 2006 - 6 April 2016). Several attempts were made on his life including an ambush on his convoy and allegedly that his medicine was spiked with a toxic substance.
