Edwin Barclay était le neveu d'Arthur Barclay et a suivi ses traces en devenant le 18e président du Liberia (3 décembre 1930 - 3 janvier 1944). Sous sa présidence, le Liberia est devenu un allié des États-Unis pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale.
Biography
Edwin Barclay was the nephew of Arthur Barclay and followed in his footsteps by taking the role of 18th President of Liberia (3 December 1930 - 3 January 1944). Under his presidency he became an ally of the Unites States during World War II.
