Biographie
Youssouf Saleh Abbas a occupé le poste de Premier ministre du Tchad (15 avril 2008 - 5 mars 2010) après avoir été nommé par le président Idriss Déby. Abbas est originaire du nord du pays et a probablement été nommé pour aider à résoudre les difficultés rencontrées dans l'est du pays. Il a démissionné en mars 2010 après avoir eu des difficultés politiques avec le président.
Biography
Youssouf Saleh Abbas held the office of Prime Minister of Chad (15 April 2008 - 5 March 2010) after being appointed by president Idriss Déby. Abbas came from the north of the country and was possibly brought in to help with the difficulties that they were having in the east of the country. He resigned in March 2010 after having political difficulties with the president.
