Dimi Mint Abba était une artiste et musicienne qui a remporté le premier prix du concours de la radio mauritanienne. Surnommée la « Diva du désert », elle était l'une des artistes mauritaniennes les plus appréciées et l'une des rares à avoir sorti un album de renommée internationale.
Biography
Dimi Mint Abba was a performer and musician, and won first prize in the Mauritanian Radio competition. Known as the 'Diva of the Desert' she was one of Mauritania's best-loved performers, and one of the few artists from that country to release to an internationally-acclaimed album.
