Farida Diouri était une romancière marocaine. Son œuvre explore les questions relatives aux femmes au sein d'une société polarisée, marquée par l'ancien régime colonial. Son premier roman, Vivre dans la dignité, ou mourir, a été sélectionné pour le prix Grand Atlas, organisé par l'ambassade de France au Maroc.
