Navi Pillay est juriste. Elle a été Haut commissaire des Nations unies aux droits de l'homme et la première femme non blanche à siéger à la Haute Cour d'Afrique du Sud. Navi Pillay est connue pour avoir cofondé Equality Now, une organisation internationale de défense des droits des femmes, et pour son engagement dans d'autres causes caritatives.
Biography
Navi Pillay is a jurist. She served as the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and as the first non-white female judge on the high court of South Africa. Pillay is well known for co-founding Equality Now, an international women's rights organisation, and for her involvement in other charitable causes.
