Ruth Neto, parfois connue sous le nom de Maria Ruth Neto, était la dirigeante de l'aile féminine du MPLA pendant la lutte pour l'indépendance de l'Angola. Elle a également été secrétaire générale de l'Organisation panafricaine des femmes.

Ruth Neto, sometimes known as Maria Ruth Neto, was the leader of the female wing of the MPLA during the struggle for Angola's independence. She was also Secretary General for the Pan-African Women's Organisation.
