Nawal El Moutawakel est une ancienne athlète marocaine connue pour avoir remporté le 400 mètres haies aux Jeux olympiques de 1984. Après sa carrière d'athlète, elle a également été ministre des sports au sein du gouvernement marocain.

Nawal El Moutawakel is an ex-athlete from Morocco who is known for winning the 400 metres hurdles in the 1984 Olympics. Following her athletic career she was also the Minister of Sports in the Moroccan cabinet.
