Hilla Limann a été président de la troisième République du Ghana (24 septembre 1979 - 31 décembre 1981). Il était membre de la Commission constitutionnelle qui a rédigé la Constitution du Ghana de 1969. Il a été renversé par un coup d'État mené par Jerry Rawlings.

Hilla Limann was President of Ghana's 3rd Republic (24 September 1979 - 31 December 1981). He was a member of the Constitution Commission which drafted the 1969 Constitution of Ghana. He was deposed by a coup led by Jerry Rawlings.
