Biographie
Abdelaziz Bouteflika est le cinquième président de l'Algérie. Il était un ancien combattant de l'Armée de libération nationale, branche militaire du Front de libération nationale (FLN). Il a effectué quatre mandats présidentiels et n'a pas prononcé de discours en public pendant de nombreuses années. Il a reçu le Grand Collier de l'Ordre du Prince Henri du Portugal en 2003.
Biography
Abdelaziz Bouteflika was the 5th President of Algeria. He was a former Army of National Liberation fighter which was the military branch of the National Liberation Front (FLN). He served four terms as president and did not give a speech in public for many years. He received the Grand Collar of the Order of Prince Henry, Portugal in 2003.
