Frédéric Bamvuginyumvira a été le premier vice-président du Burundi (11 juin 1998 - 1er novembre 2001). Il a été arrêté en décembre 2013 alors qu'il conduisait un véhicule et accusé de corruption de la police ; toutes les charges ont été abandonnées par le gouvernement.
Biography
Frédéric Bamvuginyumvira was the 1st Vice-President of Burundi (11 June 1998 - 1 November 2001). He was arrested in December 2013 whilst driving and accused of bribery to the police, all charges were dropped by the government.
