Mohamed Abu al-Qasim al-Zwai était le secrétaire général du Congrès général du peuple de Libye (26 janvier 2010 - 23 août 2011) pendant la guerre civile libyenne. Il a été placé en détention par le Conseil national de transition de la Libye (CNT) en septembre 2011.

Mohamed Abu al-Qasim al-Zwai was the Secretary General of General People's Congress of Libya (26 January 2010 - 23 August 2011) during the Libyan Civil War. He was taken into custody in by the National Transitional Council of Libya (NTC) in the September of 2011.
