Fred Akuffo était un général de corps d'armée qui a été le 7e chef d'État du Ghana (5 juillet 1978 - 4 juin 1979) et a supervisé le passage de la conduite à gauche à la conduite à droite dans le cadre de l'opération « Keep Right » qui a eu lieu le 4 août 1974. Il a été exécuté en 1979.
Biography
Fred Akuffo was a Lieutenant General who was the 7th Head of State of Ghana (5 July 1978 - 4 June 1979) and supervised the changeover of traffic flow in Ghana from driving on the left to driving on the right as part of 'Operation Keep Right' which was effected on 4 August 1974. He was executed in 1979.
